Authorities report that 40 year-old Darin Vrieze crossed the center line of traffic on Route H in Mount Vernon Missouri and caused a serious head-on car crash. Vrieze's car struck a Ford sedan being driven by 49 year-old Teresa Dion, who sustained catastrophic personal injuries and ended up dying at the scene of the collision. He body was taken to Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City Missouri.
