29 year-old Jessica West was heading northbound on Highway 5 near Lebanon Missouri when another car crossed the center line off traffic and struck her in a head-on collision.  58 year-old Charles Fisher and 6 year-old Zachary Webb suffered serious personal injuries in the car crash and were taken to St. John's Hospital on Springfield Missouri for treatment.  Charles Fisher's injuries were severe enough to require that he be flown from the scene by helicopter.
