Authorities report that 31year-old Flor Martinez was attempting to pass a vehicle on on Missouri 43 in McDonald Missouri when he pushed that car out of control and caused a serious car accident.  Bernardo Martinez-Ramos was driving a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire that was pushed by Martinez and caused to overturn. Ramos sustained serious personal injuries and was rushed to a hospital in Grove, Oklahoma for treatment.  There have been no summons issued yet in this case.
