Authorities were called to a serious head-on collision on North State Highway in Washington Missouri late Saturday evening.  Apparently 40 year-old Kevin Revelle was driving his Jeep when it crossed the center line of traffic and crashed head-on into a Ford Escape being driven by Leslie Sutton of St. Louis.  The crash totaled both vehicles and caused serious personal injuries to both drivers and several passengers.  The injury victims were transported to Washington County Hospital for emergency treatment.
