Pulaski County Car Crash Seriously Injures Crocker Woman

An 18 year-old Waynesville Missouri teenager pulled directly into the path of another vehicle traveling north on M17 in Pulaski County, causing a serious car accident late Wednesday afternoon.  Authorities report that 38 year-old Shanna Proctor sustained serious personal injuries when she was unable to avoid the collision with the merging vehicle.  Proctor was rushed to St. Johns Hospital in Lebanon Missouri for emergency treatment for her injuries.  The collision caused extensive damage to both vehicles.

Pulling into the path of another vehicle, without warning, often times does not provide enough time for the other vehicles to avoid an immenent collision.  The result of these types of car crashes can cause serious personal injury or death.  Missouri drivers should carefull review the statutory rules of the road, as found throughout Section 304 of the Missouri Revised Statutes.  If you have been injured because of a negligent driver, contact Missouri Accident and Injury Attorney Stephen Schultz and get the lawyers at Schultz Legal Group on your side. Don't be victimized twice!
