Authorities report that a 2006 Dodge was disabled after being involved in a previous automobile accident in Sikeston Missouri when it was involved in yet another collision.  23 year-old Lucas Hogan was sitting in his disabled vehicle when it was unexpectedly struck from behind by another car being driven by 26 year-old Terika Daniel of Sikeston Missouri.  The two crashes occurred in the very early morning hours of March 14, 2009.

Missouri motorists should keep in mind that Missouri law requires them to move cars to the shoulder of the roadway if they are involved in a car accident and there are no personal injuries.  At the very least, motorists are required to engage their emergency flashers to warn others of the disabled vehicles.
