Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a serious head-on car accident on Highway 94 in St. Charles around noon today.  A Jeep SUV driven by Jo McCall was heading westbound on Highway 94 when it crossed the center line of traffic and struck another vehicle nearly head-on.  The crash occurred at a high rate of speed and resulted in serious property damage and personal injuries to numerous people involved in the accident.  Deborah Barrett, Mark Barrett, and Timothy Barrett were all seriously injured when the SUV hit their Saturn.  All four people were rushed to the St. John's Hospital trauma center for emergency treatment.
