Chariton County Auto Crash Injuries Two Drivers

Jessica Schachteley of Higbee, Missouri was driving her vehicle on Highway 129
when 70-year-old Joyce Widmer of Salisbury, Missouri pulled out in front of
Schachteley. Widmer was at the intersection of 2nd Street and
Highway 129 when she prematurely entered the highway, causing her to be struck
by the front of Schachteley's vehicle on the driver's side. Schachteley
was taken to Moberly Regional Medical Center to be treated for injuries
sustained. Widmer was transported by emergency helicopter to University
Hospital in Columbia for her injuries.
