Our Missouri car accident lawyers have been notified of a crash involving a stopped motorist on Interstate 55 which happened Sunday evening in south St. Louis County.  29 year old Crystal Bone of Festus, Missouri had her vehicle stopped on northbound I-55 near Meramec Bottom Road due to a blown tire.  Dustin Eftink, 24, of Scott City, Missouri attempted to change lanes to avoid Bone, when his vehicle struck the rear of Bone's vehicle.  Bone was taken by ambulance to St. Anthony's Medical Center to be treated for her injuries.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene as a result of total vehicle damage.
